Duchess of Cambridge Abandoned In Hotel

A life-size cut out of Duchess of Cambridge was amongst items forgotten by hotel guests during the London 2012 Summer Olympics.

Two tickets to the 100 men’s final and a life-size cut out of the Duchess of Cambridge were amongst items forgotten by hotel guests this summer.

A UK hotel chain has revealed some of the unusual objects left in their hotels by guest since June. The Olympic Games and Jubilee celebrations appear to have contributed to the patriotic themed memorabilia found by staff, with 36 union jack flags also left behind.

Other unusual items found in hotel rooms include a Nun’s habit, a set of false teeth, luxury car keys and even a wedding cake.

Claire Haigh from Premier Inn said “We were really surprised at some of the items that our team uncovered over the last few months. It’s been a summer of national events and our lost and found certainly has a British theme.”

Other forgotten items included:

– 3 x Eurostar tickets
– A riding crop
– An air hostess uniform
– 9 X rubber ducks
– £500 cash
– 18x masks of the Queen
– 12x masks of Prince Philip
